1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the CourtSight website at courtsight.app ("the Site"), operated by Cymba Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

CourtSight is currently in pre-launch. These terms cover use of the marketing website and waitlist only. Updated terms will apply when the full product becomes available.

2. Description of the Site

The Site provides information about CourtSight, a padel club management platform under development by Cymba Labs LLC. Visitors may join a waitlist to receive early access notifications when the product launches.

3. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address to receive communications about CourtSight's launch and early access. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, specific pricing, or any particular features. Product details shown on the Site are subject to change before launch.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information or use automated tools to submit waitlist entries
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Site
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without authorization

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Cymba Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

Product features, descriptions, and screenshots shown on the Site represent our current plans and may differ from the final product.
