Cymba Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the CourtSight website and waitlist at courtsight.app ("the Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit the Site or join our waitlist.

CourtSight is currently in pre-launch. This policy covers data practices for the waitlist and marketing site only. It will be updated when the full product becomes available.

• Pages visited and actions taken on the Site

4. How We Use Your Data

• Waitlist management — to contact you about early access when CourtSight launches
• Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
• Error monitoring — to detect and fix technical issues

We will not use your email for any purpose other than CourtSight early access communications. We do not send spam or sell your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database hosting (stores waitlist entries)
• Vercel — website hosting
• PostHog — product analytics
• Sentry — error monitoring

6. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist email until CourtSight launches and you either create an account or ask to be removed. You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Deletion — request removal of your data from our waitlist
• Correction — correct inaccurate data

8. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses PostHog for product analytics, which may set cookies to track usage patterns. No authentication cookies are used on the marketing site. You can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings or by contacting us.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
